Beginning therapy can be a difficult first step, but it often leads to important insights and tremendous personal growth. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model and my integrative approach ensures you will receive the treatment plan that is right for you. Whether you're looking to address issues from the past or current life challenges, you don't have to do it alone. As a psychotherapist I work with individuals with a range of issues; I also provide brain-informed coaching and consultation services to new parents who are in need of support.
My goal is to create a safe and warm therapeutic environment for everyone I work with. My work as a psychotherapist, parent coach and educator is informed by the latest in neuroscience, attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. I have extensive training in various modalities and have been in private practice in New York City since 2008.
